Flexible door leaf production line

  It is a whole process of the laminated door leaf production from automatic loading of the blank door leaf to the automatic unloading of the finished product after being packed. It is equipped with gantry robot, online cache library and auxiliary equipment such as conveying, positioning and steering and is based on CNC door four-side saw, linear edge banding machine, on-line testing equipment, CNC lock reaming slot processing machine, double-sided machine center, CNC door end processing machine and other automatic single machines. The main processing parameters, speed, automation structure, control mode are basically consistent and interrelated, and logistics and information are transmitted synchronously. It can automatically identify, regulate, process and test to door leaf with different specifications, meeting the customization requirements of “batch for one” unmanned operation, and can be tailored according to customer production process, site, output and other requirements.
